To submit a ticket (send an email) to Purium customer service, you can click on the "New Support Ticket" button on the front page of the support portal, or you can click the floating link on the right hand side of your Backoffice. Using the form on the support page (as opposed to sending an email) helps us because it allows us to see what exactly your query is about using the "Category" field. This will make sure that the email goes to the right people as quickly as possible.
