One of the feature's on the Backoffice, located under the "Organization" Tab, is "Downline's Smart Orders".
This is a useful feature that will let you know whether or not your customers' Smart Orders will process that month. If the column on the right hand side indicates that, Yes, a customer's Smart Order is going to process, then you can inform the customer and make sure that they are still planning on receiving it.
