To access your order status using our automated phone system, you will need either your customer ID number or order number.
First, call the customer service number for Purium at 888-747-6733. When prompted, select "1" for your order status.
When prompted, either press "1" again to use your customer ID number or press "2" if you have the specific order number for the order you'd like to check on. If you use your customer ID number, you will be provided with the statuses for the last 5 orders on your account. After pressing either "1" or "2", press the pound sign (#).
Once you are ready, enter your customer ID number or order number, again followed by the pound sign (#).
You will be given the status of the order(s) requested. To get the tracking number for any shipped orders, press "1".
