Some Ranks have, above and beyond the normal requirements, what we call "Structure Requirements". This basically means that you need to have a certain structure of Members in your downline. This relates only to Diamond Members and above.
Diamonds, for instance, must have at least 3 Consultant Legs (for more info on Legs, click here. Structure Requirements only take into account Members within 8 levels of you.
