Notifications informing you of the total sum of your commissions will not be sent until 1-2 days prior to when the commissions are actually paid, meaning that you may not see a weekly commission notification until the Thursday just before it is paid.
For monthly commissions paid on the 15th, you should expect notification no sooner than the 13th or 14th. Notification will be sent via email if you are opted in to them (click here for instructions on doing so), and you will be able to check your commissions on the Backoffice under the Commissions Tab.
